The 2014 Blanc des Blanc is the first Champagne Method sparkling wine from Sandhi Wines. It is produced from Chardonnay sourced from the famed Bentrock Vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills. The base wine is produced by Sandhi, before being bottled for secondary fermentation by their close friend Michael Cruse.
